Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum
Established in 2006, the Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum features both well-known and not-so-well-known talented musicians who have created some of the greatest recordings of all time. It displays a treasure trove of personal items, instruments, clothing and photos of music history.
Three new exhibits opened in early 2018 – a Jimi Hendrix exhibit about his early years in Nashville, Mike Curb’s Johnny Cash collection of mementoes and awards, and Brian Ahern’s Enacton Mobile Studio. The mobile studio trailer has been parked up within the museum and is truly fascinating. Visitors can inside to see where over 40 Gold and Platinum records by artists such as Emmylou Harris, Bob Dylan Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson and Keith Richards were recorded.
Also, The GRAMMY Museum Gallery® at Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, an interactive exhibit, allows guests to explore the history of the GRAMMY Awards® and gives all ages the opportunity to be onstage and interact with every aspect of the recording process – it’s amazing how many visitors quickly found their inner Rockstar!
